Hoitovirhe (eng: Malpractice) is the first full-length album released by the Finnish industrial metal band Turmion Kätilöt. There are eleven songs on the album. A video for "Verta ja lihaa" was made and it was released on Spinefarm Metal DVD Vol. II.
