"bcos u will never b free" is the first album by Rex Orange County, released in 2015 for free on his Bandcamp page. It can be considered more a mixtape than an official album. Recorded in his bedroom, it was made in a “sleepy Surrey suburb” a location that informs many of his lyrics.
