I Don’t Like My Mind is the fourth track on Mitski’s seventh studio album, The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We. The song deals with themes of regret, and the singer’s attempt to avoid sitting with her own mind, through a cycle of self destructive distractions, that only ever result in more memories to distract herself from.
