"WTF Do I Know" is the opening track from Miley Cyrus' seventh studio album, Plastic Hearts, released in November 2020.
The lyrics play with the artist’s scandalous persona and it not being accepted by neither the media, nor her former husband and his family, and she freeing herself from them in a very pop punkish style, which suits Ms. Cyrus perfectly.
