Biography
Mickey Ratt was the name of the band Ratt founder, lead singer, writer Stephen Pearcy created in 1977-1982. Stephen would then change the name to just Ratt in 1982 prior to being signed by a major label as the original line up (as we know it) was being put together. The band Ratt would release their first album 1984 "Out of the Cellar" and would spawn the mega hit "Round & Round". The album and single would become a top ten hit and sell well over (3) million records! The Band Ratt is still touring 2008. Top Fuel Records (Pearcy's own indie label) is releasing Mickey Ratt compilations in varies forms.
