Biography
Kituma is a band founded by guitarist-singer Markus Jussila from Oulu in 2020, which started as a solo project and has since grown into a four-piece band playing melodic death metal while rattling border fences and in Finnish. Although the band's music leans strongly towards metal, elements from other genres can also be heard in the music, even outside of metal, and that makes the band's music fresh and different. Finnishness springs from the lyrics and paints an illustration of the Finnish mind and melancholy.
