Biography
This name is referred to several bands:
1) A British Jazz/Progressive Rock fusion band from The Seventies. Formed in 1969 by Dave Quincy (saxophone, flute), Dick Morrissey (saxophones) and Terry Smith (Guitar). With J.W. Hodgkinson on Vocals and Dennis Richardson on Drums, (later to join Foreigner).
The band made a number of fine fusion albums before folding in the mid seventies.
Not to be confused with the later nineties Dutch Techo Band I-F.
2) A progressive rock band from Petacciato (Italy). They started playing both covers and own tracks in 1993; from 2000 to 2004 they found an asset, then issued 4 records:

- The Stairway (2006)
- Morpho Nestira (2008)

3) A Los Angeles based band, playing 'moody-melodic, indie rock with hints of funk, punk and classical music'. They have released one self-titled six-track EP so far. www.ifband.com
4) A gothic rock band from Ekaterinburg Russia.
5) A Czech hip-hop duo, MC Idea & producer Dj Fatte formerly known as IdeaFatte
6) An italian Pink Floyd's Tribute Band
