They do this thing where it’s very slow, and the chord changes take a long time, but they make it so heavy it’s almost hard to wrap your head around. Shane wrote all the lyrics to the song, and the title comes from the first line of the song. It’s about thinking too much, getting too wrapped up in your own thoughts.
