Topsy the great is an instrumental power noise trio. The band was born in Prato/Italy on 2008 from the ashes of two local noise bands, Just dogs and Funny noise. Band's name is inspired by the tragic story of the elephant Topsy, she was killed by electrocution in central park by Thomas Edison to demonstrate that alternating current is dangerous in domestic use.
